UAE, 3 May, 2024 : Dubai International Chamber is spearheading a trade mission to Southeast Asia, focusing on Indonesia and Vietnam from May 5th to 10th. This initiative, dubbed 'New Horizons', aims to assist Dubai-based businesses in expanding into key global markets. The delegation, led by the chamber, comprises local companies eager to explore trade and investment opportunities in the region.
Preceding the mission, the chamber organized a briefing session for delegation members to outline the agenda. The itinerary includes prearranged B2B meetings, networking sessions with Indonesian and Vietnamese companies, and dialogues with prominent public and private sector figures in both countries.
Mohammad Ali Rashed Lootah, President and CEO of Dubai Chambers, expressed the mission's goal of encouraging local companies to leverage the vast trade and investment potential offered by Indonesia and Vietnam, strategically located in Asia.
'New Horizons', launched last year, aligns with Dubai Chambers' strategic focus on supporting local businesses' global expansion efforts. It serves as a crucial component of the Dubai Economic Agenda (D33), aimed at unlocking new growth opportunities for Dubai-based enterprises.
