Saudi Deputy Finance Minister Leads Delegation at GCC Finance Committee Meeting in Doha

KSA, 22 May, 2024 :   Saudi Deputy Minister of Finance for International Relations, Mr. Khalid Bawazier, led the Kingdom's delegation to the 71st GCC Deputy Ministers of Finance Committee meeting on May 20, 2024, in Doha, Qatar.

This meeting prepared for the 121st ministerial meeting of the GCC Financial and Economic Cooperation Committee. Participants discussed the outcomes of the 82nd GCC Central Banks Governors' meeting, the GCC Customs Union board, and the GCC Common Market Committee.

The agenda included G20 Finance Track initiatives and other committee-related topics. The meeting concluded with recommendations for the 121st ministerial meeting of the Financial and Economic Cooperation Committee, scheduled for May 30, 2024, in Doha.
