Bahraini Minister Engages with Russian Counterpart at SPIEF

Bahrain, 10 June, 2024 : H.E. Mr. Abdulla bin Adel Fakhro, Bahrain's Minister of Industry and Commerce, held discussions with Russian Minister of Culture Olga Lyubimova during his attendance at the twenty-seventh St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF) in Russia.

Amidst the presence of officials from both sides, Minister Fakhro emphasized the robust Bahraini-Russian relations and the importance of bolstering bilateral cooperation. He highlighted the need to enhance trade exchange and share experiences to achieve mutual goals.

Minister Fakhro underscored Bahrain's appeal as an attractive global investment hub, citing the government's support and conducive environment for investors worldwide.

The meeting delved into various topics of common interest, including matters concerning the Joint Intergovernmental Committee's work. Both sides expressed eagerness to strengthen collaboration and streamline coordination to further advance bilateral relations.
