Bahrain, 25 July, 2024 : Bahrain is committed to its industrial sector strategy (2022-2026), aiming to increase the sector's GDP contribution and enhance exports of domestically-produced goods, stated Minister of Industry and Commerce Abdulla bin Adel Fakhro.
The strategy also focuses on creating job opportunities for citizens and adapting to the Fourth Industrial Revolution. During a visit to major factories in Mina Salman Industrial Park, including Hempel Paints Company and BFG International Factory, the minister reviewed production processes and discussed future programs.
Adel Fakhro highlighted the government’s dedication to strengthening Bahrain's industrial sector and its crucial role in the kingdom's economy.
