Abu Dhabi Chamber Launches Youth Business Council to Boost Emirati Entrepreneurship

UAE, 25 July, 2024 :  The Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry has inaugurated the Abu Dhabi Youth Business Council (ADYBC) to engage Emirati youth in economic development. The Council aims to harness young Emiratis' innovative ideas to foster private sector growth and creativity.

Comprising ambitious entrepreneurs, the ADYBC will support projects, encourage sustainable practices, and develop the next generation of business leaders in Abu Dhabi. It is expected to contribute to a sustainable, knowledge-based economy by 2071.

Abdulla Mohamed Al Mazroui, Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Chamber, highlighted the importance of youth empowerment and the Council's role in advancing the private sector and entrepreneurial culture.

Ahmed Khalifa Al Qubaisi, CEO of the Chamber, noted that the Council would act as an incubator for young entrepreneurs, enhancing their contributions to sustainable development and strengthening Abu Dhabi’s business environment.

The Council will be led by Mansour Abduljabbar Al Sayegh and will focus on empowerment, innovation, and sustainability to support and elevate young entrepreneurs in Abu Dhabi's economic landscape.
