KSA, 21 August, 2024 : The National Debt Management Center (NDMC) has announced the closure of the August 2024 issuance under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program. The total allocation was SAR 6.018 billion.
The issuance was divided into five tranches:
- The first tranche: SAR 2.818 billion, maturing in 2029.
- The second tranche: SAR 1.992 billion, maturing in 2031.
- The third tranche: SAR 152 million, maturing in 2034.
- The fourth tranche: SAR 415 million, maturing in 2036.
- The fifth tranche: SAR 642 million, maturing in 2039.
This issuance is part of Saudi Arabia's ongoing efforts to support financial market stability and funding diversification.
