Oman, 08 October, 2024 : H.E. Qais bin Mohammed al Yousef, Oman’s Minister of Commerce, Industry and Investment Promotion, met with a delegation of French businessmen to explore foreign investment prospects and promote Oman’s investment environment.
The discussions focused on strengthening economic ties between Oman and France, highlighting opportunities for cooperation with French companies. Juhaina bint Yousef al Balushi, an investment specialist at the ministry, provided an overview of investment incentives in Oman, emphasizing the benefits of special economic zones and free zones.
The French delegation, representing various sectors including energy, transport, tourism, and urban planning, aims to engage with Omani officials and business leaders to discuss potential partnerships and establish local branches. The meeting also included H.E. Nabil Hajlawi, the French Ambassador to Oman.
