Kuwait, 21 October, 2024 : Kuwait Finance House (KFH) has signed an agreement with Gieom to implement the Digital Blueprint software, aiming to digitize its policies and procedures as part of its broader digital transformation strategy. This initiative will streamline policy management, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer service by centralizing and simplifying document processes.
Abdullah Abu Al Hous, Group COO of KFH, highlighted that the initiative will equip teams to better serve customers in a rapidly changing market. Hamad Al Fadhel, Head of Operations Transformation, emphasized that digitization will boost governance and operational efficiency.
Gieom CEO John Santhosh praised KFH's forward-thinking approach, stating that the partnership will strengthen KFH’s focus on compliance and customer service excellence.
