KSA, 28 October, 2024 : The Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) has opened public consultation on its "Updated Draft of Debt Collection Regulations and Procedures for Individual Customers." Stakeholders and the public can review and provide feedback on the draft through the Public Consultation Platform, Istitlaa.
The proposed regulations aim to enhance debt collection processes and ensure clear communication with customers, protecting the rights of all parties involved. Feedback will be accepted for 15 days to aid in finalizing the regulations.
