Oman and Estonia Sign Agreement to Avoid Double Taxation and Enhance Investment

Oman, 28 October, 2024 : Oman and Estonia signed an agreement in Muscat to prevent double taxation and fiscal evasion on income, aiming to promote investment and trade between the nations. Nasser Khamis Al Jashmi, Chairman of Oman's Tax Authority, and Ingrid Amer, Estonia's Ambassador to Oman, signed on behalf of their governments.

The agreement establishes tax regulation mechanisms, providing legal protection for investors against double taxation, thereby fostering economic cooperation between Oman and Estonia.
