KSA, 13 November, 2024 : Eng. Abdulrazzaq Al-Aujan, CEO of Saudi Arabia's Expenditure Efficiency and Projects Authority (EXPRO), announced that the Kingdom's expenditure efficiency initiatives have generated financial proceeds exceeding SR1.15 trillion ($306 billion). This success is attributed to strategic fund reallocations to priority development projects, aligned with Saudi Vision 2030's goals for global leadership and sustainable development.
Speaking at the first Expenditure Efficiency Forum, Al-Aujan emphasized the acceleration of national priority projects, which aim to deliver faster results to citizens. He highlighted the government's focus on optimizing resources, improving transparency, and reducing waste to enhance government performance and quality of life.
The forum, which gathers decision-makers and experts, aims to showcase Saudi Arabia's achievements in government spending efficiency and foster collaboration between local and international entities to drive future growth.
