Oman, 14 November, 2024 : The Board of Directors of OQ Exploration and Production (OQEP) has announced a cash dividend distribution of RO 57.675 million for the third quarter of 2024, translating to 7.21 baisa per share. This decision followed the Board’s review and approval of the company’s unaudited financial statements for the period ending September 30, 2024, in a meeting held yesterday.
The dividend payout reflects OQEP's strong performance and commitment to shareholder returns. Shareholders can expect the dividend payments following the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM), which is scheduled for the first week of December 2024. The AGM will provide a further opportunity for OQEP to update stakeholders on its financial progress and strategic plans for continued growth.
This Q3 distribution aligns with OQEP’s consistent approach to delivering value to shareholders, driven by steady operational outcomes and financial stability across its exploration and production activities.
