Oman, 29 November, 2024 : His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik and Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan held official talks today at the Presidential Complex in Ankara.
The discussions focused on enhancing historical ties, bolstering cooperation in various sectors, and fostering mutual investments to serve the interests of both nations. The leaders also exchanged views on regional and international developments.
The Omani delegation included high-ranking officials such as HH Sayyid Shihab bin Tarik Al Said, Deputy Prime Minister for Defence Affairs, and Sayyid Badr bin Hamad Al Busaidi, Foreign Minister, among others.
On the Turkish side, the session was attended by Hakan Fidan, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mehmet Şimşek, Minister of Treasury and Finance, and Yaşar Güler, Minister of Defence, alongside other senior officials.
