Bahrain Leads Delegation at Partnership Summit 2024 in New Delhi

Bahrain, 4 December, 2024 : H.E. Mr. Abdulla bin Adel Fakhro, Bahrain's Minister of Industry and Commerce, led the Kingdom's delegation at the twenty-ninth edition of the Partnership Summit 2024 in New Delhi. The event was organized by the Federation of Indian Industry (CII) in collaboration with the Indian Ministry of Commerce and Industry’s DPIIT, bringing together global representatives and companies.

In his address, H.E. Fakhro highlighted the importance of the summit in fostering regional and international cooperation across various development sectors. He also acknowledged India’s significant role in the global economy and expressed hopes for the summit to strengthen economic partnerships and foster new global cooperation frameworks.

On the sidelines of the summit, H.E. Fakhro met with India’s Minister of Commerce and Industry, Piyush Goyal, to discuss opportunities for cooperation in industry, trade, and investment.

The summit covers key topics, including trade and industry’s future, sustainability and climate, technology, and expanding global development cooperation.
