KSA, 17 December, 2024 : Egypt’s Minister of Investment and Foreign Trade, Hassan El-Khatib, met with Saudi Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources, Bandar Al Khorayef, to discuss boosting economic cooperation between the two nations.
El-Khatib highlighted Egypt’s investment advantages, including skilled engineers, competitive wages, industrial land availability, and energy resources. He emphasized the government’s commitment to improving the business environment through infrastructure development and streamlined imports of raw materials.
Al Khorayef noted the identification of key industrial sectors for collaboration, aiming to achieve industrial integration. He also underscored the mining sector’s potential, reflecting Saudi Arabia’s growing investments in this field.
