Oman stands out as the cheapest country for both renting and purchasing an apartment. In addition to this, it boasts the third-lowest utility bills, averaging around $103 per month, making it a highly attractive destination for expatriates looking to minimize living expenses while enjoying a tax-free environment.
Kuwait is ranked second in terms of affordability, with a relocation score of 6.49. The country also ranks as the second most affordable for monthly living costs and utility bills. Flights to Kuwait range from £131 to £544 for a single economy ticket, further enhancing its appeal to those considering relocation to the region.
Bahrain follows closely in third place with a score of 6.36. The country is the second cheapest for purchasing an apartment, with an average cost of $173 per square meter. Bahrain's relatively low living and utility costs make it a competitive option for those interested in relocating to a tax-free country.
