UAE, 20 December, 2024 : Ajman Chamber's Director General, Salem Al Suwaidi, met with Alison Milton, Ireland’s Ambassador to the UAE, to strengthen economic ties and explore investment opportunities in education, healthcare, tourism, agriculture, and technology.
Al Suwaidi emphasized the UAE-Ireland diplomatic relationship and Ajman’s commitment to fostering partnerships that drive economic growth. He showcased Ajman’s focus on education, highlighting its robust infrastructure and vision to develop human capital. An invitation was extended to Ireland for the 2025 Ajman International Education and Training Exhibition (AETEX).
The meeting also spotlighted Ajman’s advancements in healthcare, emphasizing medical innovation and tourism opportunities. Milton commended Ajman’s diverse economic prospects and expressed Ireland’s interest in deepening collaboration, including participation in AETEX.
Both sides proposed joint forums to exchange expertise in SMEs and discussed potential partnerships in agriculture, real estate, IT, and food industries. The meeting concluded with an exchange of trophies, symbolizing the growing ties between Ajman and Ireland.
