UAE Ministry of Finance Issues Key Amendments to Taxation Ministerial Decisions

UAE, 25 December, 2024 :  The Ministry of Finance has announced updates to existing Ministerial Decisions, issuing Ministerial Decision No. (301) of 2024 on Tax Groups and Ministerial Decision No. (302) of 2024 on Participation Exemption and Foreign Permanent Establishment Exemption.

These amendments bring important clarifications and administrative relief under Federal Decree-Law No. 47 of 2022 on the Taxation of Corporations and Businesses, aimed at improving compliance and strengthening the UAE’s position as a leading global business hub.
