KSA, 17 January, 2025 : Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan and Singaporean Foreign Minister Dr. Vivian Balakrishnan signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) on Wednesday in Singapore to establish a Strategic Partnership Council between the two nations.
The council aims to enhance cooperation in economic, developmental, and cultural sectors, in alignment with Saudi Vision 2030. During the meeting, the ministers discussed ways to boost trade and open new collaboration opportunities.
Prince Faisal emphasized the council’s role in strengthening ties, particularly in innovation, technology, and trade. He also highlighted Singapore's significance as a global financial hub, expressing optimism about the future of the partnership.
The MoU is expected to drive mutual growth and deepen the long-standing relationship between Saudi Arabia and Singapore.
