UAE, 28 January, 2025 : The General Pension and Social Security Authority (GPSSA) continues to expand its proactive approach by forming over 60 strategic partnerships with federal, government, and private sector entities. These collaborations align with the UAE’s mission to promote socio-economic sustainability and streamline pension and social security services.
Recent initiatives include partnerships with 23 authorities to prepare for the launch of the Ma’ashi platform, optimizing electronic integration processes. A notable collaboration with the Ministry of Possibilities introduced fully digital services for pensioners, widows, and unmarried women, reducing the need for service center visits and simplifying processes for personal updates like reporting deaths, marriages, or divorces.
Other key partnerships with entities like the Ministry of Justice, Dubai Courts, and Abu Dhabi Department of Health have improved service efficiency and quality of life for customers. These efforts align with the UAE Centennial Plan 2071, focusing on innovation and global competitiveness through enhanced data-sharing and streamlined services.
