KSA, 3 February , 2025 : Saudi Arabia's non-oil commodity exports to GCC countries, including national exports and re-exports, surged to SAR 9.5 billion ($2.5 billion) in November 2024, reflecting a 43% annual growth from SAR 6.624 billion ($1.76 billion) in 2023.
Total commodity imports from the GCC amounted to SAR 5.663 billion, according to the General Authority for Statistics. The Saudi non-oil trade balance with the GCC recorded a surplus of SAR 3.718 billion, marking a significant 4,277.7% increase from the previous year’s surplus of SAR 86.9 million.
The UAE led the exports with SAR 7.176 billion (75.8% of the total), followed by Bahrain (SAR 929.7 million, 9.8%), Kuwait (SAR 610.4 million, 6.4%), Qatar (SAR 395.8 million, 4.2%), and Oman (SAR 356.4 million, 3.8%).
