Bahrain, Mongolia Strengthen Economic Ties; Delegation Tours Investment Zone

Bahrain, 26 February, 2025 : H.E. Abdulla bin Adel Fakhro, Bahrain’s Minister of Industry and Commerce, met with Mongolia’s Deputy Prime Minister, H.E. Togmidyn Dorjkhand, to discuss bilateral relations and investment opportunities. The meeting reaffirmed Bahrain’s commitment to strengthening international cooperation in commerce, industry, and investment.

Minister Fakhro highlighted Bahrain’s investor-friendly environment and government incentives that attract international projects. Dr. Khaled Fahad Al Alawi, Assistant Undersecretary for Industrial Development, presented key statistics on the Bahrain International Investment Zone and outlined infrastructure developments under the Industrial Sector Strategy (2022-2026).

Following the discussions, the Mongolian delegation, accompanied by Minister Fakhro, toured the Bahrain International Investment Zone in Salman Industrial City, exploring investment opportunities and industrial expansion plans.
