Legacy Family Business Forum 2025 to Focus on Sustainability and Innovation

Bahrain, 12 March, 2025 : The second edition of the Legacy Family Business Forum 2025 will take place on April 23, 2025, at Downtown Rotana Bahrain, under the theme “Sustaining a Legacy: The Balance Between Tradition and Innovation.” The event is supported by H.E. Abdulla bin Adel Fakhro, Minister of Industry and Commerce and will bring together top experts and business leaders.

The forum serves as a key platform for family business owners, decision-makers, and industry leaders to discuss strategies for sustaining multi-generational enterprises. With family businesses making up 90% of the private sector in the MENA region and contributing over 30% of GDP, the event will address challenges like succession planning, corporate governance, and innovation.

This year’s agenda includes discussions between founding generation leaders and next-generation members, focusing on business transformation, sustainability, and leadership development. The forum continues to foster networking and knowledge-sharing, ensuring long-term stability and growth for family enterprises.

The event is co-organized by Expressions Media and the Bahrain Businessmen’s Association, in collaboration with the Ministry of Industry and Commerce, Bahrain Bourse, and the National Center for Family Businesses in Saudi Arabia.
