Qatar, 12 March, 2025 : Qatar’s real estate sector is a key driver of economic activity, with digital marketing initiatives playing a crucial role in promoting properties and increasing the country’s global visibility. These efforts are helping to attract international investors, according to Ghofrane Jameleddine, CEO of Camelia Homes.
Jameleddine highlighted that the growing market is creating new job opportunities and boosting the professional standards within the sector through industry training programs. The real estate industry is now one of the largest sectors in terms of job opportunities, according to online platforms.
Real estate offers not only job prospects but also fosters an entrepreneurial mindset, transforming individuals' approach to work. Jameleddine noted that the sector encourages personal growth, creativity, and innovation, with many young entrepreneurs launching businesses after gaining experience in real estate.
He emphasized that the increasing number of businesses and the rising demand for resources and staff are driving growth in the sector. Despite a global slowdown in growth, personal development and psychological resilience are becoming more critical. Industries that prioritize creativity and human interaction, like the service sector, are expected to thrive, as they require qualities that automation cannot replicate.
