UAE, 20 March, 2025 : Dubai Chamber of Commerce has announced the launch of the Hungarian Business Council, a new initiative aimed at strengthening business ties and expanding trade and investment opportunities between Dubai and Hungary.
The move highlights Dubai’s growing appeal to Hungarian businesses, with the number of Hungarian companies registered as active members of the Chamber reaching 201 by the end of 2024, reflecting a 48% annual growth.
The inaugural meeting of the Hungarian Business Council took place at Dubai Chambers’ headquarters, where key discussions centered on enhancing collaboration, organizing bilateral business events, and exploring emerging market opportunities. Participants also exchanged expertise and insights to facilitate stronger economic partnerships.
Maha Al Gergawi, Vice President of Business Advocacy at Dubai Chambers, emphasized the significant role of business councils in fostering connections between companies and investors. She reiterated the Chamber’s commitment to supporting such initiatives to boost trade and investment relations with countries worldwide, ultimately contributing to Dubai’s economic growth across all sectors.
