UAE, 26 March, 2025 : The Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI) has outlined its 2025-2027 strategy, focusing on business growth, competitiveness, and sustainability.
During its second periodic board meeting, chaired by Abdallah Sultan Al Owais, SCCI discussed strategic plans to enhance Sharjah’s economic landscape, support entrepreneurship, and expand global trade opportunities. The meeting was attended by key board members and senior officials.
The new strategy aims to strengthen economic partnerships, attract high-value investments, and drive innovation across key sectors, including commercial, industrial, and digital industries. It also prioritizes service excellence, digital transformation, and infrastructure development to ensure long-term growth.
SCCI highlighted key achievements from 2024, including successful trade missions to Uganda and Kenya, fostering international business ties. The Chamber also held multiple meetings with trade delegations and business groups to explore future expansion opportunities.
Additionally, the board reviewed preparations for the Sharjah Ramadan Festival, a major retail event boosting economic activity across the emirate. The strategy aligns with Sharjah’s vision to maintain its status as a regional investment hub, fostering a sustainable and diversified economy.
