Abu Dhabi’s ADRA Reports 2,297 Complaints in Early 2025

UAE, 3 April, 2025 : The Abu Dhabi Registration and Licensing Authority (ADRA) has received 2,297 complaints regarding services and products from commercial establishments since the beginning of 2025.

Mohammed Munif Al Mansouri, Acting Director-General of ADRA, stated that the authority reviews and follows up on complaints until a resolution is reached, ensuring consumer rights are protected while maintaining business integrity.

ADRA analyzes complaints to identify common issues and improve regulations. It also conducts regulatory visits and inspections, enforcing penalties on businesses that violate consumer protection laws.

In 2024, ADRA recorded a 90% resolution rate for consumer complaints and achieved 96% customer satisfaction with inspections. The authority's efforts reinforce confidence in Abu Dhabi’s business ecosystem and consumer protection framework.
