CBUAE Cracks Down on Non-Compliance, Revokes Insurance Broker’s Licence

UAE, 4 April, 2025 : The Central Bank of the UAE (CBUAE) has revoked the licence of Dynamics Insurance Brokers under Article 22 (2) of the Insurance Authority Board of Directors Resolution No. 15 of 2013 on Insurance Brokerage Regulations.

The revocation follows an examination by the CBUAE, which found that Dynamics Insurance Brokers failed to comply with the licensing terms and regulatory requirements issued by the Central Bank. The firm also did not meet additional obligations outlined in the regulations.

Through its regulatory oversight, the CBUAE ensures that all insurance companies and related entities adhere to UAE laws and financial regulations. The authority remains committed to safeguarding the transparency and integrity of the insurance industry and the broader financial system.
