KSA, 9 April, 2025 : The Zakat, Tax, and Customs Authority (ZATCA) has reminded establishments subject to Withholding Tax (WHT) to submit their tax forms for March 2025 by April 10 to avoid penalties.
ZATCA warned that a 1% penalty on unpaid tax will be applied for every 30 days of delay after the due date. Taxpayers can file their WHT forms via the authority’s website at zatca.gov.sa.
WHT applies to payments made from within Saudi Arabia to non-resident entities without a permanent presence in the Kingdom, in line with Article 68 of the Income Tax Law and Article 63 of its Implementing Regulations.
Businesses seeking assistance can reach ZATCA’s 24/7 call center, contact the “Ask ZATCA” account on X, email, or use the live chat service on the website.
