FTA Conducts 85 Tax Awareness Activities Reaching 28,000 Beneficiaries in H1 2025

UAE, 06 August, 2025 : The Federal Tax Authority (FTA) conducted 85 awareness activities across all UAE emirates in the first half of 2025, benefiting 28,000 participants, a 21% increase from the same period last year.

The activities included 53 virtual sessions and 24 in-person workshops, covering topics such as EmaraTax, tax certificates, tax updates, and the FTA’s digital services. New initiatives like ‘Tax Talks’ and dedicated sessions on tax certificates and system updates drew strong participation from the business community.

The FTA reaffirmed its commitment to enhancing taxpayer engagement and simplifying procedures as part of the Zero Government Bureaucracy Programme. Through platforms like Customer Councils, the Authority continues to gather input from stakeholders to improve tax compliance and service delivery.
