A new electronic portal was also introduced, featuring a modern, multilingual, and user-friendly design with accessibility tools for people with disabilities, including sign language support and interactive guidance.
In addition, the Authority rolled out a Tax Refund Service for the diplomatic corps, enabling embassies, missions, and international organizations to submit refund requests electronically in line with global standards.
Officials highlighted that these projects form part of the Authority’s broader digital transformation strategy, ensuring a more transparent, efficient, and sustainable tax system.
