Qatar, 05 January, 2026: The General Tax Authority (GTA) has announced that the tax return filing period for the financial year ended 31 December 2025 will run from 1 January to 30 April 2026.
The filing requirement applies to all entities subject to Income Tax Law No. 24 of 2018, including tax-exempt companies, GCC-owned companies, private associations, charitable institutions, and public-benefit organizations.
The GTA urged all businesses with a commercial registration or trade license to submit returns via the electronic Dhareeba platform and emphasized that support is available through the Call Center (16565) and support@dhareeba.qa.
The Authority highlighted that timely filing is part of its efforts to maintain a fair, transparent, and compliant tax environment in Qatar.
