Understand the importance of collaboration between these entities and Law Enforcement Authorities (LEAs) for effective implementation.
Topic 3. Case Studies and Typologies : Explore real-world cases of TF and PF activities, along with patterns and typologies used by illicit actors to evade sanctions. Gain insights into different sources of information triggering investigations, suspicions identified, tools and instruments utilized by criminals, and specific patterns of TF and PF activities.
Topic 4. Methodology : Understand the approach used to analyze TF and PF cases, including the collection of data from 2019 to 2023, classification based on elements such as source of information, suspicion identified, and tools used, as well as categorization into specific typologies.
Topic 5.
