Qatar Chamber Hosts Burundi Trade Delegation to Boost Investment Opportunities

Qatar, 9 July, 2024 :  Qatar Chamber's first vice-chairman, Mohamed bin Towar al-Kuwari, met with a business delegation from Burundi led by Victor Ndabaniwe, chief of the board of the Teacher's Housing Foundation. The meeting, attended by Burundi's ambassador to Qatar, Isidore Ntirampeba, focused on enhancing cooperation and reviewing investment opportunities in Burundi.

Al-Kuwari emphasized the interest of Qatari investors in Burundi's attractive investment climate and assured that Qatar Chamber would promote these opportunities among its members. Ntirampeba praised Qatar Chamber's efforts in strengthening economic ties with Burundi and highlighted the potential benefits of the memorandum of understanding signed between Qatar Chamber and the Burundi Chamber of Commerce and Industry last year.
