UAE, 17 July, 2024 : Dubai Customs has launched Customs Policy No. (58/2024), introducing an online Voluntary Disclosure System. This initiative allows businesses to report historical errors or violations of Customs rules voluntarily.
By disclosing these issues before detection by Dubai Customs, businesses can benefit from a full or partial waiver of penalties. This new policy aims to simplify the voluntary disclosure process, promote self-regulation, and build trust between Dubai Customs and taxpayers.
There are specific conditions to qualify for the waiver. Contact us to learn more about eligibility and how we can assist you in taking advantage of these new rules.
