KSA, 24 July, 2024 : Mr. Khalid Bawazier, the Saudi Deputy Minister of Finance for International Relations, participated in the 4th Finance and Central Bank Deputies Meeting under the Brazilian G20 Presidency. The meeting took place in Rio de Janeiro on July 22-23, 2024.
The event featured an open session on the G20's future workstreams and a dedicated session for emerging and developing economies. During the discussions, Mr. Bawazier highlighted the need for strengthened global cooperation and multilateralism to tackle current global challenges. He underscored the importance of collaborative efforts in boosting the global economy and addressing issues faced by emerging and developing nations.
