Saudi Arabia and Qatar Sign MoU to Enhance Financial Cooperation

KSA, 04 October, 2024 : Saudi Minister of Finance Mohammed Aljadaan and Qatari Minister of Finance Ali Alkuwari signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to strengthen cooperation in the finance sector. The agreement was signed during the 122nd GCC Financial and Economic Cooperation Committee meeting in Doha, Qatar.

Minister Aljadaan highlighted the MoU as a key effort to bolster relations between Saudi Arabia and Qatar, focusing on areas such as macroeconomic policy and public sector legislation to promote regional economic growth.

Minister Alkuwari emphasized the MoU's potential in fostering knowledge exchange and collaboration in the finance sector, further strengthening ties between the two nations.
