ZATCA to Host Third Zakat, Tax, and Customs Conference in December 2024

KSA, 14 October, 2024 :  The Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) has announced the third edition of its Zakat, Tax, and Customs Conference, set to take place on December 4-5, 2024, under the patronage of H.E. Mr. Mohammed bin Abdullah Al-Jadaan, Minister of Finance and Chairman of ZATCA. The conference will bring together global officials and experts to discuss the theme "Shaping Tomorrow for a Sustainable Ecosystem."

H.E. Eng. Suhail Mohammed Abanmi, Governor of ZATCA, highlighted the significance of this edition, building on the success of previous conferences. The event will focus on challenges, experiences, and strategies to enhance economic sustainability, security, and digital transformation in line with Saudi Vision 2030.

Key topics include digitization, artificial intelligence (AI), and their application in Zakat, tax, and customs management. The conference aims to strengthen international cooperation and dialogue while exploring how technology can improve transparency and efficiency.

The event will feature panel discussions, workshops, and networking sessions, with the participation of ministers, leaders of global organizations, and CEOs. Additionally, local, regional, and international agreements will be signed, and an exhibition with 90 booths from various entities will run concurrently.
