KSA, 09 June, 2025 : The Zakat, Tax, and Customs Authority (ZATCA) has reminded businesses in Saudi Arabia to submit their withholding tax (WHT) forms for May 2025 by the 10 June deadline.
Late submissions will incur a 1% penalty for every 30 days of delay. Forms must be filed through ZATCA’s website: zatca.gov.sa.
WHT applies to payments made from Saudi Arabia to non-resident entities without a permanent establishment in the Kingdom, as per Article 68 of the Income Tax Law.
For inquiries, ZATCA can be reached via its 24/7 call center (19993), email (info@zatca.gov.sa), or through its official “Ask ZATCA” account on X (@Zatca_Care).
