UAE, 21 August, 2025 : The Federal Tax Authority (FTA) has called on Corporate Tax taxpayers to complete their records, file Tax Returns, and pay any Corporate Tax due within the legal deadlines.
The FTA reminded taxpayers that Tax Returns (or annual declarations for exempt persons) must be submitted, and payments made, no later than nine months from the end of the relevant Tax Period. Failure to comply may result in fines and penalties.
Taxpayers are advised to prepare key documents—such as commercial licenses, financial statements, and business activity details—in advance to ensure timely and accurate filing.
All registration, filing, and payment services are available 24/7 through the EmaraTax platform. The FTA also noted that taxpayers can seek support from authorised Tax Agents listed on its website.
