KSA, 28 April, 2026: The Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority has urged all establishments to submit their Zakat returns and Corporate Income Tax (CIT) returns for the financial year ending 31 December 2025 by 30 April 2026.
The deadline is in line with the 120-day filing requirement under Article 102 of the Zakat Collection Regulations and Article 60 of the CIT Law.
ZATCA confirmed that taxpayers must file returns and settle dues through its official electronic portal. The authority also encouraged businesses to seek assistance via its unified call center (19993), official “Ask ZATCA” channels, email support, and live chat services.
The reminder aims to ensure timely compliance and smooth processing of tax and Zakat obligations for the financial year 2025.
