FTA's Hackathon : Driving Innovation in the UAE Tax Sector

UAE, 21 February, 2024 : The Federal Tax Authority (FTA) is hosting a Hackathon as part of the UAE Innovates 2024 initiative to spur innovation in the tax sector. Open for submissions until February 23, the event aims to address tax challenges using advanced technology.

Participants, including developers, students, entrepreneurs, and business owners, can submit solutions via the FTA website. The top three solutions will be honored at a special event on February 29 at the Dubai Creative Hub, in collaboration with SAP. Led by H.E. Khalid Ali Al Bustani, the FTA seeks innovative solutions using technologies like big data and AI to enhance tax procedures and foster a proactive tax environment in the UAE.
