ZATCA Streamlines Payment Processes: Transition to Invoiced Number (020)

KSA, February 22, 2024 : The Zakat, Tax, and Customs Authority (ZATCA) is advising taxpayers and customers to use Invoiced Number (020) for all payment transactions.

Previously designated Invoiced Number (030) for customs services has been discontinued, with Invoiced Number (020) now applicable for all ZATCA-related payments, including zakat, tax, and customs.

ZATCA stresses the importance of adhering to Invoiced Number (020) to ensure the accurate payment of zakat, tax, and customs dues.

Taxpayers and customers are encouraged to access ZATCA's service channels, including the unified number (19993) available 24/7, or utilize the "Ask Zakat, Tax and Customs" account on the platform, along with instant chats via ZATCA's website (zatca.gov.sa). ZATCA assures prompt response to all inquiries regarding taxpayer obligations and its services through these channels.
