$3.67 Billion Gains Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange Boosted by Financial Blue Chips

UAE, 25 June, 2024 : The Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) saw significant gains today, with its market cap increasing by over AED13.5 billion, bolstered by financial blue chips.

The total market cap of UAE local stocks reached AED3.451 trillion, with AED2.777 trillion for ADX-listed stocks and AED674.3 billion for Dubai Financial Market (DFM) stocks. Local stocks attracted liquidity of around AED1.3 billion, with AED945.7 million traded in Abu Dhabi and AED355.3 million in Dubai. Approximately 626.9 million shares were traded through over 25,100 deals.

The FTSE ADX index closed up 0.1% at 9022.32 points, while the DFM general index closed at 4000.25 points.
