UAE, 29 August, 2024 : The UAE Ministry of Finance (MoF) has introduced the "Digital Consultation" initiative, aligning with the Zero Government Bureaucracy Programme. This initiative invites customers to provide feedback and ideas through the UAE Government portal, aiming to enhance the quality and flexibility of the Ministry's services while simplifying procedures.
His Excellency Younis Haji Al Khoori, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Finance, emphasized that the initiative is designed to understand customer needs and gather feedback on transaction experiences. By fostering customer involvement, the Ministry seeks to build a genuine partnership that supports the UAE's vision of global leadership in digital government services.
The "Zero Bureaucracy" questionnaire, central to the initiative, focuses on evaluating customer experiences with current procedures, identifying complex services, and collecting ideas to streamline government operations. This effort complements the "Customer Councils" initiative launched last April, which also aims to improve customer satisfaction and develop innovative government procedures.
